Engraved safety signs
Every design below is a starting point. Change the wording, size, colour pair or pictogram and we engrave it to order. Most signs are ready the same day.
Caution Signs
Yellow and black, cut through the surface layer so the message is part of the plate. For hazards that could cause minor or moderate injury: hot surfaces, pinch points, forklift routes and PPE zones.
Danger Signs
For the hazards that will kill or seriously injure someone if they get it wrong. Red header, clean white field, cut into phenolic so nothing peels off the door of a vault or a substation gate.
Warning Signs
The middle signal word, in safety orange. For hazards that could cause death or serious injury: shock, arc flash, rotating equipment, stored energy.
High Voltage Signs
DANGER, WARNING or CAUTION, with the actual voltage engraved on the plate. For substations, transformer vaults, switchgear rooms, fenced enclosures and pad-mounts.
Arc Flash Labels
Arc flash data engraved into phenolic instead of printed on vinyl. Voltage, arc flash boundary, incident energy or PPE category, approach boundaries and study date, taken straight from your engineering study.
Electrical Room Signs
The door signs and keep-clear plates every electrical room needs. AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY, ELECTRICAL HAZARD, voltage signs and working-space reminders, engraved to match.
Confined Space Signs
DANGER CONFINED SPACE, ENTRY BY PERMIT ONLY, cut into phenolic for tanks, pits, vaults, silos and manholes, where wet, dirty conditions finish off printed signs fast.
PPE Signs
Hard hat, eye protection and hearing protection signs for the entrance to every area that needs them. One requirement per plate, or combined.
Fire Safety Signs
Fire extinguisher, fire alarm and FIRE DOOR KEEP CLOSED signs in red and white. Red/white phenolic is the classic engraved lamacoid colour pair.
No Smoking Signs
NO SMOKING, NO VAPING and NO OPEN FLAMES, with the prohibition symbol engraved in red. For entrances, loading docks, fuel storage, battery rooms and labs.
First Aid Signs
Green and white signs that point people to the first aid kit, the eyewash station and the AED. Engraved so they are still there, and still readable, years from now.
Machine Safety Signs
Pinch point, hot surface, moving machinery, forklift traffic and lockout signs, engraved into phenolic so oil, coolant and degreaser can’t wipe them off the machine.
